Imphal, May 4- The Government of Manipur has announced that all applications for notified public services must be submitted exclusively through the newly launched e‑Seba Manipur Portal starting May 11, 2026.

In a notification issued by the Department of Information Technology, the government stated that the move is part of its broader push towards digital governance and citizen-centric service delivery. The portal (https://esebamanipur.mn.gov.in) will now serve as the single unified platform for accessing various government services online. According to the notification, key services under the Revenue Department, including domicile, income, OBC, permanent resident, SC, and ST certificates will be processed only via the e-Seba portal. Similarly, services under Employment Exchange such as registration, renewal, updating qualifications, transfer of registration, and job applications will also shift entirely to the new system.
The government has also declared that the existing e-Services portal (https://eservicesmanipur.gov.in) will be discontinued from May 11, 2026. However, applications already submitted through the old portal will continue to be processed in cases where issuance is pending or incomplete. Officials said the transition aims to enhance efficiency, improve transparency, and ensure easier access to public services through a streamlined digital platform. All citizens have been advised to take note of the changes and comply accordingly. The notification was issued by G. Robert Sharma, Director of IT, Government of Manipur.
