A letter issued by the Political Emissary to Ato Kilonser–National Security Advisor (NSA), under the Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim, has called on the collective leadership of NSCN/GPRN to reconsider earlier termination orders related to Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Hs. Ramsan (VC) alias Hanshi and Lt. Gen. Absalom Raman.
The communication, dated March 31, 2026, from Oking, was addressed to the collective leadership at Hebron Council Headquarters. It refers to earlier presidential and yaruiwo orders, including the declaration issued on 18 July 2024, which had terminated the two leaders from party and national service on grounds of alleged anti-national activities.
In the letter, the Political Emissary states that in view of “national necessity and national security,” previous presidential pardon and amnesty orders should also be taken into account before maintaining the termination decision. The document cites several previous orders, including a presidential pardon order dated 25 January 2024, a supplementary order dated 26 January 2024, and a proclamation of general amnesty dated 12 June 2025.
The letter further notes that reconciliation and unity remain important, warning that Nagalim national interest could be adversely affected if anti-national elements are accepted into the organization without proper consideration of national principles.
The communication was signed by Pamshin Muivah, Political Emissary to Ato Kilonser and National Security Advisor (NSA), NSCN/GPRN.
